NFL Failing With Replacement Refs
The way the NFL has been dealing with the referees has been a horrible job. The NFL and the referee association,NFLRA, have made no signs of being close to getting a deal done.

The NFL has brought in referees from division 3 college football. The results have been more than undesirable. There have been a lot questionable calls, non-calls, wrong calls, late calls.
Worst of all the refs are losing control of the game. They do not command the same respect of the regular referees from the players. Serval instances of players in scuffles way longer after the whistle is blown.
NFL Jeopardizing Integrity Over Money
The NFL is placing greed over protecting the leagues integrity and most importantly the players safety. The source of the issue is over salaries and pensions of the regular referees. The NFL is worth billions of dollars and it is strong arm its referees so they don’t have to pay them. That is in straight conflict of the message commissioner Roger Godell has been putting out in recent years.
